Project Summary

88 Steele Creek is a 12-story luxury apartment complex located in the Cherry Creek district in Denver. This is an $80 million project that will feature 250 apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail space. Pioneer Materials West is proud to have partnered with Midwest Drywall to supply all of the steel and drywall for the duration of the project. Estimated completion is in 2015.
